The announcement text: Our client, a brighton based firm of accountants are looking to recruit a receptionist as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy and friendly environment, in a challenging and rewarding position. The main responsibility of this role is to provide an efficient, professional reception and secretarial service and main duties will include:

- Answer all incoming calls in a timely fashion
- Greet all visitors and arrange refreshments
- Book couriers and taxis
- Responsibility for incoming and outgoing faxes
- Responsibility for all deliveries
- Boardroom bookings
- Administrative support to the secretaries
- Stationery supplies

It is essential that you have 1-2 years experience in a similar role, possess an excellent telephone manner and are very well presented. It is also imperative that you are motivated and enthusiastic, have a positive outlook and are able to juggle a busy workload as there will be very busy periods. Good MS Office experience is desirable as you will be regularly required to assist the secretarial staff with back up typing and all ad hoc administration, this is a good opportunity to use and develop your secretarial*admin skills.
